There are some incredible tools for supporting your mental health and wellbeing available online, via apps, and phone services.
I sometimes assume everyone else has the information I have in my head, but talking to someone today I realised that me assuming everyone knows what resources are available is the same as an architect assuming that I know what great apps and resources are available in architecture!
