There are some incredible tools for supporting your mental health and wellbeing available online, via apps, and phone services.
I sometimes assume everyone else has the information I have in my head, but talking to someone today I realised that me assuming everyone knows what resources are available is the same as an architect assuming that I know what great apps and resources are available in architecture!

Suicide Prevention Tool. Create your own suicide safety plan. Can be a really helpful tool to have on your phone in a crisis, even if you don't have thoughts of suicide. Or if you are concerned about someone you can work through the app with them.
